Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of housemaids, from sourcing employers to screening and matching candidates.
2. Ensure successful placement processes and provide follow-up support to both clients and candidates.
3. Address post-placement concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Lead marketing and sales efforts to attract more employers and grow the client base.
5. Manage Instagram account and ensure an active and engaging online presence.
6. Create compelling content (visuals and captions) that promotes services, client testimonials, and success stories.
7. Monitor performance data and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
Experience in HR/recruitment, sales/marketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
